Building Skills for Successful Transportation Program Delivery

NADTC’s newest virtual course, Building Skills for Successful Transportation Program Delivery, aims to improve skills needed to develop accessible materials and collect data from surveys for transportation programs. The course wil explore how to use data to engage the community and improve services.
 
The four live course modules will be held on April 13, 20, 27 and May 4 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. ET.
 
Creating Accessible Documents | April 13, 2-3:30 PM ET
Discover how to create accessible documents and learn guidelines for ensuring presentations are accessible to different audiences.
 
Developing Effective Surveys | April 20, 2-3:30 PM ET
Learn how to design surveys that will result in valuable information for your future transportation planning efforts.
 
Using Data To Enhance Services | April 27, 2-3:30 PM ET
Identify tools you can use to collect data and learning how to utilize that data to enhance your transportation services.
 
How to Meet the Needs of Your Community | May 4, 2-3:30 PM ET
Learn practical applications of community engagement and enhanced services through training and awareness.
 
This course is open to public, private, and non-profit transportation and human services providers, city/county employees and anyone involved in the development of materials and engagement of the community for their transportation programs.
