The Division for Aging Services is seeking an External Auditor to provide oversight to division contractors and providers on operations, governance, and financial management through field and desk reviews and data analysis of performance measures. Incumbent will interpret regulations, policies, and guidance related to governance, operations, accounting, personnel, and financial management. This position also helps develop and update fiscal and financial policies and procedures for the division, as well as assist providers in audit procedure requirements. The External Auditor will supervise assigned monitoring team staff.
