Innovations in Nutrition Programs and Services - Replications

This funding opportunity is intended to help communities develop capacity for, deliver and sustain innovative nutrition programs for older adults, specific those with greater social and economic need and those at risk for institutional placement. Grant projects must support the OAA Title III-C Senior Nutrition Program goal of reducing hunger, food insecurity and malnutrution, enhancing socialization and promoting overall health and well-being. Applicants must select one project for replication and must describe a program that meets the respective Replication Model Toolkit requirements.
 
Time Period: 36-month program period        
Ceiling: $150,000 per budget year        
Required Match: 25%
