Brief on Spending Utilization for Medicaid HCBS

The Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission (MACPAC) published a brief on Medicaid HCBS users and expenditures. The analysis finds that Medicaid beneficiaries using HCBS increased while the number of institutional LTSS users decreased from 2019 to 2021.
