Ohio is home to more than 900 nursing homes and more than 800 assisted living facilities. The Long-Term Care Quality Navigator was developed in response to Ohio residents’ desire for an easy way to access reliable, facility-specific information about nursing home quality.
The recently updated Long-Term Care Quality Navigator includes:
- Complete coverage of long-term care facilities, including more than 1,700 facilities statewide
- Data on a large set of quality measures, inspection results, and resident and family experience information
- A new care quiz that can support families in making decisions about their long-term care needs
- Clear, user-friendly design to assist older adults and caregivers in making time-sensitive decisions
