Summary
The University of Minnesota Rural Health Research Center has released a new brief exploring strategies to support rural older adults in home and community-based settings.

Older adults in rural communities, especially those who are homebound, face numerous challenges accessing care. This policy brief presents findings from a listening session of six representatives from Area Agencies on Aging across five states: Minnesota, Ohio, Virginia, Vermont, and Washington.
