States across the country are developing multisector plans for aging (MPAs) to better coordinate policies, programs, and investments that affect older adults, people with disabilities, and their caregivers. An MPA is a state-led, cross-sector plan that brings together partners across sectors to address aging-related needs.
The Center for Health Care Strategies’ Multisector Plan for Aging Toolkit is designed to support states and their partners as they develop, implement, and periodically refresh an MPA. The toolkit includes modules such as:
