Maryland HB478: Money Follows the Individual Act

This is the revised bill that was passed by the Maryland General assembly in the 2003 session. This bill prohibits the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene from denying an individual access to a home- and community-based services waiver due to a lack of funding for the waiver services for several different circumstances.
