ADvancing States, the association representing state long-term services and supports agencies, is pleased to honor two visionary state leaders in the field of aging, disability, and long-term services and supports. The 2020 President’s Award goes to Bea Rector, the of Director the Home and Community Services Division at the Washington State Aging and Long Term Support Administration. Additionally, Nels Holmgren, Director of the Division of Aging and Adult Services at the Utah Department of Human Services, was given the 2020 Executive Director’s Award.
