How Community-Based Organizations Strengthen Comprehensive Dementia Care
The Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging will hold a webinar exploring the roles and functions of community-based organizations (CBOs) in supporting people with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias and their caregivers.
Participants will learn about what home and community-based services CBOs offer to people living with dementia and their caregivers, including caregiver education and skills-training, help with activities of daily living, case management, respite care, and more. The webinar will also demonstrate how referral processes can work and how participants can partner with CBOs to better support these populations.
Date: Wednesday, March 18, at 2:00 p.m.
