ADvancing States is pleased to share a new policy brief from the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab’s Center for Rehabilitation Outcomes Research titled The Value of Rebalancing Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS).
The brief explores how continued investment in Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) enhances individual autonomy and supports long-term sustainability in LTSS systems. It underscores the importance of rebalancing efforts that prioritize community-based care over institutional settings.
We are proud that several ADvancing States team members contributed their expertise to this publication, including Courtney Priebe, Policy Associate; Camille Dobson, Deputy Executive Director; and Rosa Plasencia, Senior Director, National Core Indicators-Aging and Disabilities (NCI-AD).
