The Rural Health Transformation Program: Opportunities to Improve Healthcare for People with IDD

IntellectAbility will hold a webinar exploring opportunities within the federal Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) to improve healthcare for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

Meaningful impact within the RHTP for people with IDD will require strategic planning and leadership to ensure their needs are prioritized within program design and implementation. This webinar will examine the potential impact of the RHTP on access to care, long-term services and supports, workforce development, and care coordination in rural areas.
