Addressing Cognitive Impairment and Dementia Among Homeless and Housing-Insecure Seniors
The National Alzheimer’s and Dementia Resource Center will hold a webinar focusing on supporting homeless and housing-insecure older adults experiencing cognitive impairment or Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.
Participants will learn how to recognize early signs of cognitive impairment in shelter or temporary housing settings and learn about effective referral and partnership approaches that help connect vulnerable seniors to supportive services and pathways to stable housing.
