Innovations in Adult Day Programming for People Living With Dementia

The National Alzheimer's and Dementia Resource Center will hold a webinar sharing insights into innovative adult day programming that have proven successful in supporting people living with dementia and their family caregivers.

This webinar will highlight programs at two adult day centers. Amazing Place will share its efforts to recruit and engage a multigenerational workforce through its Student Training in Alzheimer’s & Respite over the Summer (STARS) program. OPICA Adult Day Program & Counseling Center will detail its strategies to support the sustainability of adult day programs through a multidisciplinary internship program and new fundraising initiatives.
