The New Landscape: H.R. 1 and What’s at Stake for Family Caregivers

The National Alliance for Caregiving will hold a webinar exploring the impact of H.R. 1 on family caregivers. The definition of "community engagement" has shifted with the passage of H.R. 1, creating a new challenge for the millions of family caregivers who rely on Medicaid.

Speakers will examine potential challenges of implementation, including the lack of automated verification for caregiving and administrative strain on state agencies, and featured experts from across the caregiving ecosystem will provide a comprehensive look at how states are navigating these new mandates.
