State-Level Cross Agency Collaborations: Stories and Strategies from the Field Designed to Address the Direct Support Professionals Staff (DSP) Crisis

The National Center on Leadership for the Employment and Economic Advancement of People with Disabilities (LEAD Center), in collaboration with the Direct Care Workforce Strategies Center, will hold a webinar exploring how North Carolina collaborates across agencies to address the shortage of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).

This webinar will discuss how technical assistance and peer learning can help states exchange strategies and proven practices. Panelists from North Carolina will also share how their states engages in cross-agency initiatives to positively impact recruitment and retention of DSPs.
