October 2026 Public Meeting

The Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission (MACPAC) will hold its October 2026 Public Meeting next week. 

The full agenda is expected to be posted prior to the meeting. Topics expected to be covered include:

• An update on monitoring work requirements in Medicaid
• Access to behavioral health for adult Medicaid enrollees with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Medicare Advantage special needs plan for people dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid
• The role of Medicaid in hospice care

The meeting will take place on Thursday, October 29, from 10:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. and Friday, October 30, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
