Preserving the Mission: Legacy & Leadership Planning for I/DD Organizations

Compass will hold a webinar focused on legacy and leadership planning for organizations that support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).

Many organizations serving people with I/DD were built by founders whose leadership, vision, and relationships are intertwined with the mission itself. However, leaders eventually must determine what happens to the mission of their organization when leadership changes. This webinar will encourage founders, executive directors, and senior leaders in the I/DD field to think thoughtfully about the future of the organizations they have built.
