First comes data: Using homeless and health care data to drive housing interventions and reduce public costs

This webinar looks at a case study on how the city of Boise, Idaho shares housing and homelessness data with healthcare systems and other agencies to identify people for interventions and track outcomes. Boise used this data to identify patterns and adopt the Frequent Users Systems Engagement (FUSE) initiative to provide affordable supportive housing with wraparound support services to stabilize individuals in the community. During this webinar, participants will learn from the Boise program about the benefits of data sharing across housing and healthcare and about how data can be used to advocate for more effective programs and reduce costs.
