The National MLTSS Health Plan Association (MLTSS Association) is seeking a full-time Corporate Relations Director to lead the Association’s Partnership Program and Annual MLTSS Leadership Summit. This position is central to building and sustaining the organization’s financial growth and visibility by cultivating strong corporate relationships, securing sponsorships, and managing revenue-generating initiatives.

The Corporate Relations and Events Director will oversee all aspects of the Association’s corporate partnership and sponsorship activities, including recruitment, engagement, and retention of partners and sponsors. This individual will also lead planning, development, and execution of the Association’s annual MLTSS Leadership Summit and related events, ensuring they meet both programmatic and revenue objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Corporate partnership program management
  • Events and sponsorships
  • Revenue growth and strategy
  • Communications and relationship management

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field; advanced 
    degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in corporate relations, sponsorship sales, 
    partnership management, or business development, preferably in an association, 
    nonprofit, or healthcare setting.
  • Demonstrated success in generating and growing non-dues revenue.
  • Experience managing large-scale events or conferences, including sponsor development.
