Building Age-Friendly Health Systems, One Community at a Time

Age-Friendly Health Systems ensure that every older adult gets the best possible care; does not experience healthcare-related harms; and is satisfied with the healthcare he or she receives. This webinar will provide an overview of the Age-Friendly Health Systems model and its interventions. It will also discuss how participants can contribute to the development of Age-Friendly Health Systems in their communities and the role that community-based organizations can play.
