The Alzheimer’s Association has released two funding opportunities for the Healthy Brain Initiative (HBI). The HBI is focused on growing local and tribal public health capacity on brain health through community-focused population health approaches.

The first funding opportunity is open to tribally-led health programs and urban Indian organizations seeking to participate in the HBI Road Map Champions program, with up to eight awards of $50,000 available.

The second funding opportunity is open to local health departments seeking to participate in the HBI Road Map Strategists program, with up to eight awards of $50,000 available.

Applications for both opportunities are due on November 12 at 11:59 p.m.
