Webinar on Aging at Home: Integrating Home Health Care into the Age-Friendly Health Systems Movement

The Accreditation Commission for Health Care University (ACHCU) is hosting a webinar on, "Aging at Home: Integrating Home Health Care into the Age-Friendly Health Systems Movement." The webinar will explore the benefits of providing age-friendly care for home health care organizations in the Age-Friendly Health Systems Framework. The speakers will provide guidance on how home health care organizations can adopt the framework and be recognized as an Age-Friendly Health System. 

Participants will learn about: 

• The benefits and impact of implementing age-friendly care
• Resources available to home health care organizations and ways to engage in the Age-Friendly Health Systems movement
