Webinar: Understanding the Policy Landscape of Upstream Drivers of Health

Health Management Associates (HMA) and the National Alliance for Impacting the Social Determinants of Health (NASDOH) will hold a webinar discussing the evolving policy landscape on the upstream drivers of health, including social, economic, and environmental conditions. Participants will learn how social and structural factors influence health outcomes; how federal and state policy changes are impacting health improvement efforts; and how to identify and adopt innovative models for screening and addressing root causes of poor health.
